We meet every 2nd and 4th Sunday at Soul Wellness (500 S. Main St., Mooresville, NC).
We seek to expand self-awareness and knowledge, nurture authentic friendships, have conscious conversations, and receive personal and spiritual inspiration. We believe in personal sovereignty, exploration over certainty, and do not follow any tradition, person, or teaching as doctrine. We’re creating a playground of consciousness together!
COST: $20 per person cash, Venmo, or QR code for card/apple/Google Pay

Trust Love Circle (TLC)-

A TLC group is a closed, consistent, and confidential circle that maxes out at 5 participants. It is a peer support group that I facilitate where each person gets 20 minutes - 10 minutes to talk about anything that is “alive” for them in the current moment and 10 minutes for the others in the group to ask deep questions, share reflections, and lovingly reflect and relate (keeping it about the speaker but letting them know they aren't alone in their experience)
-Each group meets for about 2 to 2.5 hours, once a month.
GOAL: Build authentic friendship, feel supported, and have consistent, safe space to share what’s on your heart.
Cost is $15 per meeting. Groups are held monthly
Women’s Circle -

Quarterly we gather as women to socialize and share fun activities and food!
This is very casual gathering meant to give women space to get to know each other and build friendships.
Sound Bath Sunday Circle -

Once a month Rachael hosts a Sunday Sound Bath Circle.
A Sound bath uses crystal singing bowls and/or chimes to induce a deep state of relaxation. The sound and vibrations produced during a sound healing reduce stress, pain, inflammation, mental blocks, and body tension. Sound healing also stimulates circulation, improves immune function, restores balance, and aids in achieving a high meditative state.
Energy medicine has a cumulative effect, so when you treat yourself to regular sessions, better health and well-being are natural outcomes.
The location is in Concord, near WR Odell Primary School. It is held at a private residence, so the exact address is not given until after sign-up.
COST: $15-25 sliding scale
