Every unique sound bath primarily uses crystal singing bowls. Each event also incorporates Koshi and Zaphir chimes, various drums, rattles, and other sound healing instruments to induce a deep state of relaxation. The sound and vibrations produced during a sound healing reduce stress, pain, inflammation, mental blocks, and body tension. Sound healing also stimulates circulation, improves immune function, restores balance, and aids in achieving a high meditative state.
