Rachael E. Harris is the founder and Head Spiritual Minister of Sacred Circles NC Spiritual Center and School of New Consciousness. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, two decades of ministry leadership before she left organized religion, and multiple coaching certifications, she is also an ordained minister, certified Havening practitioner, certified sound and energy healer, and intuitive. At Sacred Circles NC, she offers a variety of transformational circles, including Sunday Circle, Women’s Circle, Trust Circles, and sound healings. She also offers spiritual mentorship and vibrational attunement and spirit readings meant to offer support for navigating life's challenges.

At the heart of my work is the belief that true healing and alignment come from within. I don’t position myself as the one with all the answers—instead, I hold space for you to remember your own wisdom and reconnect with the guidance that is already in your body and spirit.

I draw from ancient spiritual practices, personal inspiration, and modern psychology, weaving them together to create a grounded yet soulful approach. My philosophy is rooted in sovereignty: the idea that each person has the right and ability to live authentically, guided by their deepest truth, free from external conditioning.

In sessions, circles, or workshops, I use practices like energy alignment, tuning forks, guided meditation, embodiment, and reflective inquiry. My role is to create a safe and supportive container where transformation can unfold naturally—without forcing, fixing, or bypassing.

• Sunday Sacred Circles – Weekly gatherings that combine guided discussions, teaching, and community connection. These circles are a place to refill your spiritual cup and explore themes that support growth and alignment.

• Private Sessions – Personalized one-on-one sessions where I use Havening, coaching, energy alignment, tuning forks, and intuitive insight to help you find clarity and balance in your current season of life.

Alan H. - After I retired, I took some time to acclimate myself to a new routine and look for ways to make the next phase of my life exciting, productive, and fun. Volunteer work had always been and will continue to be a part of my life but I felt that there was something else. I just couldn't put my finger on what that something was. Through social media, I was given the opportunity to participate in a Life Coaching sequence with Rachael. I really had no idea what life coaching was about, but since I knew Rachael to be a person of good character, I decided to try it. Our sessions were tailored to help me uncover hidden interests and what would provide a fulfilling experience for me, post-career. 

Rachael was very adept in helping me discover opportunities I otherwise may have never considered, and patiently worked with me to fine-tune the list of areas I wanted to explore. Ultimately, I settled on photography. I had never really used a camera, except on my cell phone! Rachael helped me design a systematic approach to understanding what it was going to take to get this new hobby started. We set goals, established a budget, clarified my ultimate end vision, and the steps I needed to take to get me there. When I felt discouraged, being accountable to Rachael helped me get back on track and have the courage and commitment to make this idea a reality. 

It’s hard to believe that our coaching sessions were about a year ago. I look back now and I can hardly believe how well I’ve progressed. This past year has been amazing! I’ve had so many wonderful adventures while developing my skills as a Landscape Photographer. It truly has been a most remarkable journey and one I plan to continue for many years.
