Explore what it means to live from the inner authority of your authentic, grounded self.
Becoming Sovereign:
A Six Month Exploration of Truth, Feminine Belonging, & Embodied Personal Power
Becoming Sovereign is a six-month program designed to guide you back to your deepest truth, your instinctive belonging, and your embodied personal power.
From March 29 to September 20, 2026 - we will take a deep dive into personal inquiry and self-discovery as we explore what it means to live from the quiet authority of our whole, grounded selves.
Over the course of three immersive full-day retreats, monthly live Zoom gatherings, guided monthly readings, a program workbook, and individualized support, you will:
Recognize the places where you have stepped out of alignment with yourself
Reclaim the feminine archetypes and inner voices you have abandoned or silenced
Root into a deeper sense of belonging—to your body, your story, and your feminine lineage
Learn to live from embodied personal power, with clarity, softness, and truth
Build connection with a circle of women walking their own sovereign paths beside you
This journey is designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you are just beginning to name your needs or transitioning into a new season of your life.
Each woman will walk her own path inside the shared container, held, witnessed, and supported.
Becoming Sovereign is a sacred container to come home to yourself.
**Space is limited to 10 participants**

Understand your needs with clarity
Stop abandoning yourself and learn to name, hold, and communicate your needs with confidence.
Set and maintain healthy boundaries
Not harsh. Not rigid. Just clear, compassionate, and rooted in your worth.
Break old patterns of over-giving & people-pleasing
Release the identities and survival strategies that keep you small, exhausted, or invisible.
Strengthen your voice & self-expression
Say what you really feel. Speak your truth without apology. Take up space without guilt.
Reclaim your feminine power & identity
Explore your inner archetypes, rewrite old narratives, and step into a deeply rooted sense of self.
Heal patterns of false belonging
Stop contorting yourself to fit. Learn to belong to yourself first — and build REAL connection from there.
Connect deeply with your inner wisdom
Learn practices that help you access intuition, body-wisdom, and emotional clarity.
Experience sisterhood & shared witnessing
Be held by a small circle of women who see you, support you, and walk with you through each transformation.
Create a personal map for living in alignment
Anchor your values, desires, purpose, and next steps into a framework you can return to again and again.
Who Is This For…
The Awakening Woman…
You can feel a shift beginning inside you… an inner tug toward deeper truth, wholeness, and alignment. You know you’re meant for a fuller expression of yourself, but you’re not sure how to access it or where to begin.
The Over-Giver Reclaiming Herself
You’ve spent years being the strong one, the helper, the caretaker. You’re ready to stop abandoning yourself for others and begin rediscovering your voice, your needs, and your own sacred center.
The Woman in Transition
You’re moving through a threshold - divorce, career change, empty nest, grief, or identity shift - and you can feel that this next season requires a different relationship with yourself. You’re ready for guidance, community, and a grounded spiritual path as you step into who you are becoming.
The Ever Evolving Soul
You’ve done your inner work, but you long for a deeper anchoring - a framework, a sisterhood, and a path that helps you live your truth with consistency. You want to root more fully into your sovereignty so you can move through life with clarity, confidence, and grace.
If You’re Still Wondering If This Is For You…
“Should I invest in myself like this?”
We spend money every month on things that bring temporary comfort - Target runs, dinners out, Amazon finds, subscriptions we barely use.
But this experience isn’t about a quick fix. It’s about choosing you in a deep, intentional way.
This six-month journey gives you something lasting: clarity, self-trust, embodied practices, increased self-actualization and enlightenment, community, and a grounded sense of who you are becoming.
You will return to the tools, teachings, and insights long after the program ends.
If you feel genuinely called to this container but finances are a concern, please reach out: info@sacredcirclesnc.com. I’m happy to talk options.
“Will this actually help me change my life?”
Yes - if you’re ready to show up with honesty, curiosity, and a willingness to grow.
You don’t need to have your whole life figured out. You don’t need to be “healed” first.
You simply need a desire to live more truthfully and stop abandoning yourself.
I’ll guide you step by step, and you’ll be held be a community of women walking the same path.
“Can I really devote six months to myself?”
You can- and it might be one of the most nourishing commitments you’ve ever made.
This isn’t indulgent. It’s sovereignty.
When you anchor into your truth, every relationship, responsibility, and area of your life benefits.
These months are for you to root, grow, and come home to yourself.
“What if I don’t belong or don’t know anyone?”
You’ll be met with warmth, authenticity, and zero pretense.
Come as you are - quiet or bold, hesitant or hopeful - and you will be held with kindness and resonance.
You’re not expected to perform anything here.
You’re welcome because you’re human.
“Am I ready to go this deep?”
Readiness isn’t about being fearless.
It’s about being willing to show up—even with shaky hands or an uncertain heart.
You’ll learn how to meet yourself gently, honor your pace, and build a relationship with your inner truth that feels both empowering and safe.
Deep work doesn’t require perfection—only presence.
Why Starrette Farm & Retreat Center
Our Sacred Retreat Setting
This retreat will be held at a truly magical location I’ve had the privilege of spending time at this year. Though I no longer identify as Christian, I’ve always felt deeply respected and spiritually nourished by this space and the community that stewards it. I’m honored that they’ve opened their retreat center to host Sacred Circles NC for this special day.
Here’s just a taste of what you’ll find:
The Retreat House – A beautiful, spacious building full of natural light, cozy nooks, and windows that invite the outdoors in. With decks on every side, it’s a sanctuary in itself.
Hiking Trails – Gentle trails wind through the woods, offering swings, benches, and encouraging quotes along the way.
The Labyrinth – A peaceful space to walk in meditation, reflection, or prayer.
The Pond – Perfect for journaling, quiet conversations, or simply connecting with nature and Source.
Stations of the Cross – For those called to it, this traditional walk is available as a meditative spiritual practice.
And more hidden treasures – You’ll have time to explore and let the sacred grounds speak to you.
I can’t wait to share this place with you. It’s the kind of space that meets you exactly where you are.
